Coach J
Running Coach and Personal Trainer
Coach J has been running since the 4th grade. His passion for running led him to multiple championships throughout his High School career. That success earned him a full-ride scholarship in Cross-Country and Track & Field.
Coach J has used his passion and dedication in running to help runners of all levels to achieve success.
He specializes in first time runners and as well as seasoned runners, who want to continue to improve.
Coach J loves helping kids/teens boost their confidence through fitness and goal-setting. Once kids/teens learn how to tackle their goals and include healthy habits, the better they feel and the better they attack those goals with passion and conviction.
Coach J's training philosophy starts you from the basics and guides you along the way for you to best your very best version of yourself. Along the way Coach J will create goals and challenges like running 5k’s that will ultimately get you ready for any distance like to running a half or full marathon!
Coach J has built an immense list of training plans for stay-at-home moms, weekend runners, beginner and advanced runners and to Boston Qualifier Marathoners. The list goes on and on.
